Jenny is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in the impact of media on mental health. She coined the term Media Trauma after recognizing the profound effects of digital overload on her clients and loved ones. Her insights have been featured in HuffPost, The Wall Street Journal, Shrink Chicks, and Kaitlyn Bristowe's Off the Vine Podcast, as well as in publications like Real Simple, HerMoney, and Fast Company. Beyond speaking to hundreds on reshaping our relationship with technology, she consults with both large and small groups on implementing meaningful digital changes within their communities.
She is a keynote speaker as well as a teacher and guide primarily focused on developing leaders who want to create sustainable cultures where mental health thrives and technology supports human efforts.
Jenny lives in Franklin, TN, where she invests in her community and explores the impact of media trauma within the local professional landscape. In her free time, she enjoys writing, connecting with friends, and discovering the best local coffee spots.
